Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Traid ("the Service"), operated by Agentic Leisure ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

2. Description of Service

Traid is a social platform connecting tradespeople and clients. It provides a social feed for project posts, a job board, tradesperson profiles, and an AI-powered Power Search feature that assembles recommended teams of tradespeople based on client project needs.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All team recommendations, project plans, and suggestions generated by the Power Search feature are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Traid does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any tradesperson listed on the platform
• All hiring decisions are solely your responsibility
• Agentic Leisure is not liable for any outcomes arising from AI recommendations
• You should always conduct your own due diligence before hiring any tradesperson

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years of age. Tradesperson profiles are self-reported — Traid does not independently verify licences, insurance, or experience claims.

5. Power Search Credits and Payment

The Power Search feature operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits you agree that:

• Credits are purchased in packs at the prices displayed at time of purchase
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• One credit is deducted each time you successfully run a Power Search
• All prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases of Power Search credits are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that:

• No refunds will be issued for purchased credits under any circumstances
• No refunds will be issued for partially used credit packs
• No refunds will be issued if you choose to stop using the Service

If you experience a technical error that prevents a Power Search from completing but still deducts a credit, please contact us at support@agenticssync.com and we will review the case at our discretion.

7. User Content

By posting content on Traid — including project photos, descriptions, profile information, and job listings — you grant Agentic Leisure a licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your posts and profile information.

8. Tradesperson Verification

Traid does not independently verify that tradespeople are licensed, insured, or qualified. The Licensed and Insured badges on profiles are self-reported by users. Clients are solely responsible for verifying credentials before hiring any tradesperson found through the platform.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profiles or job listings
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Agentic Leisure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from hiring decisions made based on platform content or AI recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
